Unix Time

Unix Time shows a 24-hour time lapse of the sky, wherein one real-time minute equals one second in the video. The digit overlaying the projection increases per second. It represents current unix time – a measure of time, often used in operating systems, that counts the seconds lapsed since midnight January 1, 1970. The unix time system can be seen as the birth time of modern computing – a parallel epoch to the Gregorian measurement of time.
